Couched in Color is a new weekly podcast hosted by Dr. Alfiee M. Breland-Noble (Dr. Alfiee) designed to enlighten the public and encourage dialogue on the mental health needs of youth and young adults of color.

Dr. Alfiee is a fully licensed psychologist, consultant, author and media personality, and each week she will learn from - and share - insights and observations with a rotating panel of experts (including teens themselves). We shine given on our passion for this work, our engagement with underserved populations, and our investment in empowering youth, parents, families and communities.

writer and podcaster Ron Funches about his life: from growing up in
an abusive household, to single-parenting his son, who is living
with autism. Ron has empowering advice for the young people of
color who are suffering mental health challenges in the Coronavirus
age.
